About ADGM

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) was established pursuant to the Financial Services and Markets Regulations 2015 as the independent financial services regulator of the ADGM. The FSRA has regulatory oversight of financial services conducted in and from the ADGM including wealth management, banking, credit activities, securities, collective investment, custodial services, commodities/futures, Islamic finance and (re)insurance.

The FSRA is responsible for authorisation, supervision and enforcement action for all Authorised Firms in the ADGM. It is also responsible for supervising and enforcing anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements applicable in the ADGM.
